摘    要:加入世界贸易组织,是我国适应全球化时代潮流的客观要求,也是一个社会经济问题,如何把握机遇,迎接挑战,是摆在我们面前的重大课题,本文从目前科技情报所的具体情况出发,提出了振兴科技情报所的具体方法,即依靠科技创新,创科技情报服务品牌。

Abstract:Entering WTO is an objective requirement for our country to fit in with the tide of globalization era, and also is a social and economic problem. How to grasp the opportunity and receive the challenge is an important task before us. Starting from the present concrete situation of the institute of scientific and technological information, this paper puts forward a concrete method of vitalizing the institute of scientific and technological information, that is to create the brand of sci-tech information services relying on sci-tech innovation.
