通用发动机油添加剂相互作用研究

摘    要:通过在46#矿物油内调入质量分数为5%的200BS光亮油,11%的ECA8358,0.6%的T803B和6.0×10-6的T901,调合成10W/40通用发动机油的基础油.选择了另外10种添加剂,分别配制成复合抗氧抗腐剂、复合清净剂、复合分散剂和MoDDP.按均匀设计安排试验,研究了这些添加剂对基础油性能的影响,以及添加剂间的交互作用.试验结果显示:复合抗氧抗腐剂和MoDDP能显著提高基础油的抗磨承载性能和抗氧化性能,复合分散剂能显著提高基础油的分散性能,复合清净剂能显著提高基础油的高温清净性能;复合抗氧抗腐剂和MoDDP在抗磨承载性能上有协同效应,复合分散剂和复合清净剂在分散性能和清净性能上均有协同效应;但复合分散剂降低了复合抗氧抗腐剂及MoDDP的抗磨承载性能和抗氧化性能.同时,复合抗氧抗腐剂降低了复合分散剂的分散性能以及基础油的高温清净性能.

Abstract:The 10W/40 base oil of universal engine oil is blended by adding 200BS bright stock of 5%,ECA8358 of 11%,T803B of 0.6% and T901 of 0.0006% into 46# mineral oil.Another 10 kinds of additives are selected to blend compound oxidation-corrosion inhibitor,compound detergent,compound dispersant and MoDDP friction-reducer respectively.The effects of the compound additives on the base oil's performance,and the interactions between the additives are studied based on the experiments uniformly designed.The results show that the compound oxidation-corrosion inhibitor and MoDDP improve the base oil's wear resistance and anti-oxidation property,the compound dispersant improves the base oil's dispersibility,the compound detergent improves the base oil's high temperature detergency remarkably;the compound oxidation-corrosion inhibitor and the MoDDP have synergistic effect on the wear resistance,and the compound dispersant and the compound detergent have synergistic effects on both the dispersibility and the detergency;but the compound dispersant deteriorates the wear resistance and the anti-oxidation property of the compound oxidation-corrosion inhibitor and MoDDP,the compound oxidation-corrosion inhibitor deteriorates the dispersibility of the compound dispersant and the high-temperature detergency of the base oil.
