| 摘 要： | 对偶数齿形匀速运动带式烧结机的设计参数进行了较全面的研究．给出了中心距、台车、星轮齿及相关的主要设计参数．并把从研究中得到的所有参数通过计算机动态模拟．又应用在两种下同比例的模型上进行了验证．为偶数齿形匀速运动带式烧结机的设计提供了可靠依据．并对旧式烧结机（奇数齿）改造提供了一种前景．

| Abstract: | Parameters for designing an uniform motion sintering chain with aneven-number-teeth sprocket are fully studied and such parameters as thecentres. the pallets and the sprokets are shotvn here. Tested by dgnamaticsimulation of a computer and two sets of the chain models in differentproportion. the parameters are proved to be reasonable and practicable. which canbe used as reference for designing an uniform motion sintering chain with aneven-number-teeth sprocket or reforming the common sintering chain. |
