干涉滤光片双稳器件的热光动力学分析

摘    要:基于ZnSe全电介质干涉滤光片光双稳器件结构的模型,采用数值方法分析了介质层具有线性吸收与热光效应时,干涉滤光片受到纳秒量级脉宽的光脉冲作用后,其介质内部吸收层吸收光能引起的介质层的光学性质变化,导致滤光片透过率变化的动力学过程.其结果对提高器件的开关速度,降低阈值功率都具有积极意义.

Abstract:A model based on all-dielectric medium ZnSe interference filter structure is developed to study the thermally induced interference filter transmittance dynamics. On assuming the high index layers in interference filter having linear absorption and temperature dependent refractive index.The optical transmittance dynamics of interference filter subjected the laser pulse irradiation with order of nanosecond width is analyzed by using the method of numerical solving heat diffusion equation and multilayer medium matrix formula.The obtained results are of significance to raise the device switch speed and decrease threshold optical power.
