100%填充系数的微透镜阵列薄膜及应用研究

摘    要:本文研究了利用掩模移动法制作一种高填充因子、高垂跨比的柱面微透镜阵列(MLA)薄膜,并应用于有机发光二极管(OLED) 平板中来提高输出效率,测试结果显示OLED的输出效率最多可以提高46%,并且没有明显的色差。实验证明具有高填充因子、高垂跨比的微透镜阵列薄膜可以用来提高各种显示器的光学效率或者平板光源的照明效果。

Abstract:This paper research a full fill factor microlens array (MLA) film with high-sag fabricated by mask moving method and presents its application to organic light emitting diode(OLED) for the purpose of improving their outcoupling efficiency. In result , By applying the to, the outcoupling efficiency of OLED panel with MLA films was increased by a maximum of 46% without any apparent color shift. The results show that a full fill factor MLA film with high-sag is expected to improve optical efficiency to various display or lighting applications with flat panel light sources.
