| Abstract: | This paper introduces the experience of the water price reform in Fenhe irrigation area and, in the light of the problems existing in the water price reform, puts forward suggestions of adopting and practicing the strategy of sustainable development, making rational use of water resources, diving full play to the lever action of the water price, and giving expression to the commodity value of supplied water and making the water price reach a rational level. |
