| 摘 要： | 针对刨花板供胶控制系统中供胶控制存在的非线性、纯滞后和时变性等现象,根据模糊控制、自适应控制和常规PID控制的控制思想,提出了模糊自适应整定PID的控制策略,实现了对PID参数的在线自整定,完善了PID控制器的性能,提高了系统的控制精度.仿真结果表明,与常规PID控制器相比,该控制器明显提高了供胶控制系统的动态性能和稳定性.

| Abstract: | To glue dosing system of flakeboard,this paper involves non-linear,time lag.According to fuzzy control,self-adaptive control and PID control theory,brings forward the fuzzy self-adaptive PID control strategy,which can achieve self-adapt of PID parameter,the performance of PID controller and control precision.Comparison with the general PID controller,the result of simulation indicates distinct improvement of control effect of glue dosing system. |
