热影响区强度对裂纹尖端塑性区的作用

摘    要:用弹塑性有限元(ANSYS软件)计算了低组配焊接接头中不同热影响区屈服强度条件下,接头裂纹尖端塑性区的形状和大小的变化。计算结果表明,热影响区屈服强度的变化对接头裂纹尖端塑性区影响规律为屈服强度的降低,塑性区增大,焊缝和母材的塑性区减少。抗断性能分析表明,热影响区强度变化导致裂纹尖端塑性区变化,从而影响热影响区和焊缝的抗断性能。

Abstract:Elastic plastic finite element method has been used to compute the shape and magnitude of the plastic zones at cracking tip of under matching welded joint with strength changes of heat affected zone (HAZ). The results show that the changes of HAZ yield strength have great effect on the spread of the plastic zones at the cracking tip of under matching welded joint, and that degradation of HAZ yield strength leads to the change of its plastic zones in the weld metal and base metal .The analyses of the resistance to fracture indicate the changes of HAZ yield strength result in the changes of the plastic zones, which effects the resistance to HAZ and weld metal.
