摘    要:安全事故的发生有着一定的随机性,因此如何有效利用有限的资源来防止安全事故的发生和完善救援措施一直是一个难题.但长期的研究工作表明安全事故的发生也存在着一定规律,正确的认识这些规律对企业的安全管理具有重要意义.人工神经元网络(ANN)在理论上能够无限的逼近任何非线性函数,同时又较强的适应性和抗干扰能力.适合解决事故预测这类的问题.

Abstract:The occurrence of safety accidents is with strong randomness.This brings up the question of how to effectively use the limited resource to prevent accidents and improve the safety of rescue measures.But the long-term research shows that safety accidents have some laws.To grasp these laws is of great importance to the security management for enterprise.Artificial neural network(ANN) may carry on the free precision to any nonlinear function in theory with strong adaptability and robust that make artificial neural network fit for dealing with accident trend forecast.
