论高校图书馆在构建和谐社会中的作用

阐述了高校图书馆在构建和谐社会中的主要作用,指出高校图书馆在资源共享的基础上,为构建和谐社会应积极开展馆际互借、信息网络传输和文献传递、科技成果转让、数字参考咨询、人员培训以及基础教育等服务,与些同时,应建立不同类型图书馆的联盟,并进一步加强自身的数字化、网络化建设。

Discussion on the Role of the University Library in Constructing the Harmonious Society

This paper expounds the main functions of the university library in constructing the harmonious society,and points out that on the basis of the resources sharing and in order to construct the harmonious society,the university library should develop actively the mutual borrowing among libraries,information network transmission,transference of sci-tech achievements,digital reference and consultancy service,personnel training,and fundamental education,etc.,and at the same time of providing each service,should build different kinds of the library consortia,and further strengthen the construction of the digitalization and networking.
