马蹄金的形态组织鉴定

为开发和利用新药资源 ,采用性状鉴定和显微鉴定技术 ,对马蹄金DichondrarepensForst植物形态、药材性状、组织粉末进行了鉴定。结果表明 :马蹄金叶特有的植物形态似马蹄形 ;叶上下表皮气孔的差异表现为上表皮气孔少 ,下表皮气孔多 ;叶下表皮着生二叉状的表皮毛 ,叶上表皮无表皮毛。粉末中棕黄色木纤维、螺纹导管和孔纹导管等为其主要鉴定特征。

TECHNOLOGY IDETIFICATION OF DICHONDRA REPENS FORST

In order to provide the scientic basis for developing and exploiting new drug source,the Dichondra Repens Forst's gross appearance,histology and characteristics of its powdered stems and leaves with the technique of microscopical analysis and the characteristics & character identification were studied.The specific formation of its leaves proved to like the shap of the horse sole;the figure of its stomata between its upper and lower surface of its leaves is so different that the upper's is much less than the lower's;there are giandullarcilias on the lower surface of its leaves but not on the upper surface.The major characteristic for identification is the brown-yellow fibre,screw pipes and pipes with holes in the powder.
