WTO体制下中国金融服务贸易的自由化

中国入世后,作为《服务贸易总协定》重要组成部分的《金融服务贸易协议》必将影响中国金融业,本着金融服务贸易自由化的宗旨,外资金融机构将更多地参与中国的经济建设和金融发展,一方面将促进我国银行业的深化改革,另一方面又会产生风险效应,因此,应把握好业务范围、自主经营、金融手段的运用等问题。

The liberalization of China's finandal service trade under WTO conditions

After China's reentry to WTO,Financial Service Trade Agreement,an impontant component of General Agreement on Service Trade,will inevitably affect China's banking industry.More and more foreign banking organizations will participate in China's economic construction and financial development.On one hand,this will promote China's bank reform;on the other,it will produce risk effecfs.Therefore,we should acknowledge our own problems,define properly the scope of business,be independent in management and make better use of financial means.
