摘    要:机场周围飞机噪声预测有助于机场掌握噪声态势、部署治理措施、评估减噪成效,在推进机场全面绿色转型的过程中起到了重要作用。为进一步呈现噪声预测进展、把握研究趋势,通过文献梳理,对中外相关研究与应用进行了总结。结果表明: 依据数据源的不同,预测方法可归纳为基于NPD(Noise-Power-Distance) 曲线计算与基于监测数据挖掘;前者基于理论经验公式,以多参数输入和高计算负担为代价输出预测结果,后者依赖机场噪声监测数据,通过解析噪声传播机理、挖掘噪声分布规律来构建预测模型。两类预测方法各有优劣、具备较强的互补性,融合运用是充分发挥各自优势、补齐短板的有效途径,已成为当前研究趋势。最后提出了空地联合、数字组网的预测新思路,为有效促进两类方法的融合运用提供参考。

Abstract:As an important role to promote the comprehensive green transformation of airports, aircraft noise prediction around airports can help airports to grasp the noise situation, deploy management measures, and evaluate the effectiveness of noise reduction. In order to present the progress and grasp the research trend better, the relevant research and application at home and abroad were summarized by a literature review. The results show that the calculation method based on the Noise-Power-Distance curve and the prediction method driven by monitoring data were typically prediction methods according to different data sources. The former output prediction results at the cost of multi-parameter input and high computational burden, which was assisted by theoretical formulas. The latter constructed the prediction model by analyzing the noise propagation mechanism and mining the noise distribution, which relied on airport noise monitoring data. These methods had their own advantages and disadvantages and were highly complementary to applicate together, which can be an effective way to utilize advantages and complement weaknesses. Nowadays, it has become a research trend. Finally, a new prediction idea of air-ground joint and digital networking was proposed, which provided a reference for effectively promoting the integration of the two methods.
