摘    要:在一种新的高分子合成材料用于临床之前需作多达几十项生物试验,以确定是否可能存在有损于使用者的健康的潜在威协,工作量大而且耗费时间。本文报道采用发光细菌的发光作为指标,检测医用高分子合成材料的毒性,以求简化常规的检测手段。设计了两种测试方法,并与常规检测中的细胞毒性试验作平行对比。结果表明,被试验的十种医用高分子材料中有两种材料具有一定的毒性,其余八种无毒性反应,与细胞毒性试验的结果吻合。由此认为,将本文设计的检测方法作为医用高分子合成材料是否可能用于临床的一系列生物试验前的首选试验,即作为初步筛选的试验手段是十分适宜的。

Abstract:An artificial molecular polymer,before being used in surgery or dentistry,has to be assayed with routine tests for detecting the toxicity.These tests are expensive, labourious and timeconsuming.In this paper,two tests of using marine luminous bacteria were designed for rapid deteoting the toxicity of artificial materials of high molecular polymer which would be used for medical purpose,and made paralle comparison with the cytotoxicity test.The results indicated that two of ten were toxic and the rest were not.Making a comparison between the two designed tests,it was found that one of the designed tests in which the test material was placed directly in medium and incubated with luminous bacteria,is better than the other in which the extracts of the test material were used.However,the latter is much faster and easier to carry out.It is concluded that the two tests can be used to assay the toxicity of the materials of high molecular polymer as a first procedure for screening,and are also applicable to assaying the toxicity of the high polymer film which can be used for packing materials of food and medicine.
