一种快速判断溢流和井漏的新仪器和新方法

摘    要:新仪器能在线、连续、精确地测量浆液密度、体积流量、质量流量和累积流量 ,其测量范围和精度分别为 0 .3~ 3.0 g/cm3、0 .3% ,0 .0~ 4 .0 m3/min、0 .3% ,0 .0~ 4 0 0 0 kg/min、0 .3% ,0 .0 0 m3~无穷大 .在新仪器的基础上 ,提出了质量守恒法、密度法和体积法三种判断溢流和井漏的方法 ,其判断的准确性和快速性比现用的体积法有很大提高 .

Abstract:A new instrument is introduced which can used for continuously and accurately measuring the density,volume flow rate,mass flow rate and cumulative flow of mud on line.Its measuring ranges of these parameters are separately 0.3~3.0g/cm 3,0~4m 3/min,0~4000 kg/min and 0~infinity m 3.Its measuring accuracies of them all reach to 0.3%.The mass conservation method,density method and volume method for the judgement of the overflow and lost circulation are put forward,and the accuracies and quick speeds of the three methods are all higher than those of traditional volume method.
