摘 要: | 在马铃薯试管苗培养时,强光照(6000Lx)能促进试管苗的生长;多效唑抑制茎叶的生长,但可促进根系生长;较低苗龄(3-4周)的外植体可获得较高出芽率,外植体预培养2d可最有效地提高转化率.

STUDY ON FACTORS EFFECTING TEST TUBE SEEDLLING GROWTH AND GENE TRANSFORMATION ON POTATO |

Abstract: | Factors affecting test tube seedling growth and gene transf ormation on potato are studied. It is found that the intensity of light (6000 Lx ) can promote growth, the multiple effect triazole (MET) inhibit the growth of stem and leave s but it can promote growth of the roots, and the younger seedling of explants h ave higher rate of germination, the explant of preculture 2 days can raise transfor mational rate. |
