氯碱电解塔及渗液式空气阴极的研究

摘    要:介绍具有渗液式空气阴极和塔式槽的电解槽.研究了该电解塔性能的复现性及主要的影响因数.叙述了电极运行寿命并给出工业模拟电解塔的范例模型.此电解槽的主要指标为:电流密度i=15A/dm~2,槽电压E=2.34V,电流效率A=93%,碱液浓度C=320g/L,降低总成本28%,运行寿命595d.

Abstract:The electrolytic cell with excellent performance is recommended according to test- ing results. The cell has thair cathod with seeping liquid and tower structure. Its performance reproducibility and the primareffecting factors were traced in this paper. The running live of the air cathod were described and gaven the motal example of industrial mimic electrolytic tower. Experimental results showed that the following indexes have been attained: the cur- rent density i=15A / dm2, voltage across cell E=2.34V, the current efficiency A=93%, the concentration of the outflow alkalic solution C=320g/L, the low production costs lotality 28%, the running life of the air cathod 595 day.
