摘    要:研究了基质组成、化学键结构对荧光材料(Y,Zn,Sr)3(P,VO4)2:Eu3+,Bi3+的发光性质和基质敏化的影响。实验表明在基质中引入Y—O—V直线链,对基质的吸收和发射跃迁、能量传递有着良好的敏化作用。从理论上探讨了能量传递机理。

Abstract:The phosphors of(Y,Zn,Sr )3(PO4)2: Eu3+, Bi3+ have been synthesized by solid state reaction.The crystal structure of sample has the monoclinic system space group by x - ray powder diffraction analysis. The influence of composition and structure of chemical bond on the luminescent properties and host lattice excitation of the fluorescent material have been investigated. Only a part of Zn2+ has replaced by Y3+ and a part of by in Zn3 (PO4)2 host. It was shown to be a very efficient phosphor even for low Eu3+concentration.The linear structure of Y -O - V chain plays a good sensibilized role in the absorption and emission transition and energy transfer through the host lattice. The nonradiative energy transfer by electtic multipole interaction occurs in the transition of - .The transfer by exchange interaction plays an important role in the transition of - E u 3 +.
