低噪声排风扇叶片的设计和研制

摘    要:介绍采用修改后的stratford压力分布而设计的大攻角失速高升力特性翼型应用到500mm型排风扇叶片设计和研制中.试验结果表明:该台A声级噪声为58分贝,排风量比原来的排风扇风量大4%,A声级噪声比原来的排风扇噪声均下降15dB.

Abstract:This paper intreduced that turbine of the type 500mm fan dischmpe of low noise aerodynamicwas used an aiffoil of large stall angle of attack and high lili and an airfoil was designed using the modifiedStheifonl's optimum pressure distribution. The exPerimental results showed that the discharge of the new turbineincreased four percent than old and the noise of the new turbine decuned 15 dB than old.
