萘—饱和烃在硅胶上的液相吸附分离

摘    要:对不同温度下的萘-柴油,萘-溶剂油,萘-石蜡油在硅胶吸附剂上的液相吸附柱流出曲线进行了研究。所用不同硅胶样品的堆比重及室温下的苯蒸汽吸附等温线的实验结果证明:硅胶从饱和烃中吸附分离萘的性能与其孔结构密切相关;细孔硅胶的效率是粗孔硅胶的1.5倍。苯蒸气吸附等温线测定法及含萘溶剂油柱流出曲线法可用于评价硅胶从液相吸附分离富萘柴油中萘的效率;降低柱分离温度,减少油品中其他不饱和烃的量,可提高萘的分离效率

Abstract:The breakthrough curves of column separation of naphthalene diesel oil, naphthalene alkane solvent oil, and naphthalene liquid wax were investigated on several sorbents of silica gel at different temperatures. The packet specific weight and benzene sorption isotherms on these sorbents were also determined at room temperature. The experimental results indicate that the extracting naphthalene from alkanes in liquid state is greatly related with the porous characters of the silica gel. The efficiency of the extraction on microporous silica gel is one and half times higher than that on macroporous one. The benzene sorption isotherms on silica gel and the breakthrough curves method of sorbent containing naphthalene column can be used to evaluate the extraction efficiency of the sorbent. The separation is improved by decreasing temperature, decreasing the content of unsaturated hydrocarbons in the alkanes, and carrying out in the distillated oil with high boiling point.
