| 摘 要： | 县级区域教育政策是指县级教育行政部门依据国家教育政策并结合当地实际所制定的教育政策,县级区域教育政策在制定与执行中存在系列问题,要解决这些问题,必须完善区域教育系统、整合原有的组织机构、加大培训力度,提高教育行政机关的政策水平。
