摘    要:山豆根是一种重要的药用植物,其内生菌具有重大的研究和开发价值。然而至今尚未有文献对山豆根内生菌的相关研究进行归纳总结。为了详细了解山豆根内生菌的潜在应用价值,本文从山豆根内生菌多样性、次生代谢产物、抗菌活性及其与宿主互作等方面详述了近期研究进展,并对现阶段研究中存在的问题提出建议,为山豆根内生菌进一步开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:Sophora tonkinensis is an important medicinal plant, and its endophytes have great value of research and development. However, there haven''t been any literatures on the related research on Sophora tonkinensis endophytes. In order to understand the potential application value of endophytes in Sophora tonkinensis, this research paper detailed the recent research progress of diversity, secondary metabolites, antibacterial activity and interaction with the host of the endophytes isolated from Sophora tonkinensis. The purpose was to provide suggestions for the problems of existing in the current research and to provide reference for the further development and utilization of the endophytes isolated from Sophora tonkinensis.
