节段式多级离心泵比转数的选择

摘    要:本文从节段式多级离心泵的比转数、级数和效率关系入手,以目前水泵制造业工艺水平所能达到的精度为依据,在对现有节段式多级离心泵的结构特点进行统计和分析的基础上,指出了比转数与泵转子动力特性之间的内在联系。即通过泵的结构参数、力学特性和性能参数之间的联系,建立了相互间的函数式。并给出了节段式多级离心泵的合理范围,比转数n,等于60~100,级数i不超过6级。文中还进行了实例分析,证明用本文提出的方法可以达到在结构设计之前合理确定比转数的目的。

Abstract:Begining with the relationship of specific speed, number of series and the efficiency of multistage segmental pump, according to the available pump manufacturing precision and the statistics and analysis of structural characteristics of multistage segmental centrifugal pump, the internal relationship of specific speed with dynamic behavior of rotors is pointed out. That is, mutual function is set up through structure parameters of pump and relations of mechanical property to performance parameters. And a rational range of multistage segmental pump, that is, when specific speed n, is in the range of 60 to 100,number of series i shouldn't be larger than 6, is also given. An analysis of practical example is carried out and it is proved that the method given in this paper may be used to rationally determinate specific speed before structural design of the pump.
