累积叠轧焊硅钢的组织与性能研究

摘    要:采用累积叠轧焊法制备超细晶硅钢薄板,并对其微观结构、力学性能及断裂方式进行分析。累积叠轧后材料晶粒呈扁平状,抗拉强度显著提高。硅钢断口边缘呈现解理断裂的“河流花样”,心部存在少量的韧窝。

Abstract:Accumulative Roll-Bonding(ARB) is employed to make ultra-fine grain structures in silicon steel.Microstructure,mechanical properties and fracture surface are examined.The materials processed by ARB have lamellar ultra-fine grains,and the tensile strengths are improved remarkably.Fracture surfaces show predominant cleavage river pattern with a small quantity of dimples in the core.
