仙人掌中类黄酮化合物提取方法研究

摘    要:目的探索仙人掌中类黄酮化合物的提取方法,为类黄酮化合物的开发利用提供依据.方法采用酶工程技术方法和醇水提取方法进行试验,测得仙人掌中类黄酮化合物含量.结果经两种方法提取的黄酮类化合物含量不同.以加入果胶酶组的含量偏高,总类黄酮化合物含量为347.8 mg/100 g干粉;未加入果胶酶组总类黄酮化合物含量为235.6 mg/100 g干粉.前者方法操作简便,提取时间短,提取率高,但经济成本高;后者方法虽然成本低,但提取率低,需经多次过滤,耗费时间长.结论酶工程技术方法提取仙人掌中类黄酮化合物具有操作简便,提取时间短,提取率高等优点.

Abstract:Objective To explore the extracting method of flavonoids compound from the cactus,which can provide the foundation for exploiture of flavonoids compound from the cactus.Methods The content of flavonoids compound in the cactus were measured by adopting the method of enzyme engineering project and the method of alcohol mixed water extraction.Results It is different outcomes from two methods.The content of flavonoids compound from cactus powder in the first method is 347.8 mg/100 cactus powder.The other content in the second method is 235.6 mg/100 cactus powder.The first method is easy to operate less time,high content,but the cost is higher;although the second method has a low cost,the rate of extracting is low,long time,more difficult to filtrate.Conclusion The method of Enzyme engineering project in the preliminary exploration on extraction of flavonoids compound from the cactus is better than the method of alcohol mixed water extraction.
