| 摘 要： | MBA教育作为一种高级职业教育，侧重于学生的能力培养。以提高学生理论水平和实践能力为目的的案例教学法能够将理论与实践、知识与能力很好的融合，提高学生分析解决现实经济管理问题的能力，是高校培养MBA学生综合素质的关键环节，同时，案例教学法也有助于提升教师的教学水平和科研水平。
