| 摘 要： | 论述在溶解乙炔气瓶多孔填料生产配料中采用计算机技术的重要性。并根据实际原料情况及结构化学的原理推导了计算公式,绘制了较为详细的程序框图。将编制的程序用于实际生产过程,发现可以严格计入各种变量,有效地排除了人为因素的干扰,减少了计算工作量,增加了计算结果的合理性及可靠性。

| Abstract: | A computer program is first edited to calculate the recipe of mass which used in disoloving acetylene cylinder as a filler and also the importance of appling the computer in this technology is discussed. The formula of calculating the recipe has been derived from the principles of structure chemistry and the composition of raw materials. A detailed program block figure is given. In application of the program to the production process, it is found that each variable in preparing the mass can be exactly considered and thus it efficiently excludes the experience factors, and saves the time and improves the rationality and reliability of calculated results. |
