系统思维与党的制度建设研究

探索在新的历史条件下用系统思维指导党的制度建设非常必要。用系统思维构建党建制度系统要做到：首先，坚持核心思维，构建以民主集中制为核心的制度系统。其次，坚持整体思维，构建内容协调、程序严密、配套完备、有效管用的制度系统。最后，坚持自组织思维，构建认真学习、严格执行与自觉维护相统一的制度系统。

Research on Systems Thinking and the Building of Party I nstitutions

It is very necessary to explore the building of Party institutions with systems thinking under the new historical conditions. In establishing should do the following aspects ： First of all, we a system of Party institutions with systems thinking, we should adhere to the core thinking, and establish the systern of Party institutions which takes democratic centralism as the core. Secondly, we should adhere to the whole thinking, and establish the system of Party institutions which are well coordinated in terms of scope, comprehensive and effective and are governed by rigorous procedures. Finally, we should adhere to the self-organized thinking, and establish the system of Party institutions which we should familiarize ourselves with, strictly apply and conscientiously maintain.
