| 摘 要： | 基于Web的远程教学是21世纪现代远程教育的发展方向。基于Web的远程教务管理系统是基于Web的远程教学系统的重要组成部分。本文探讨了基于Web的远程教务管理系统的主要功能，并结合清华大学远程教务系统的实际情况，提出了实现远程教务管理系统时应该注意的一些关键问题。

| Abstract: | Distance-education based on Web is the mainstream of distance-education in 21st century, distance educational administration based on web is one of the most important component of it. This paper discusses the main functions of distance educational administration, and it brings up some issues of implementing it based on Distance Educational Administration System of Tsinghua University. |
