能独立调频调能液压冲击器的研究

摘    要:在理论研究的基础上分析了国内外液压冲击器的技术现状,提出了一种新型全液压式独立调频调能液压,中击器;阐述了它的结构、工作原理和液压系统:分析了它的技术特性;给出了实验结果.通过实验测试表明,实验结果与仿真结果吻合良好,样机实验达到了预期的效果,证明了理论研究的正确性图5,表2,参4.

Abstract:After analyzing the technology of hydraulic impactor at home and abroad,a new full hydraulic pressure hydraulic impactor with strike energy and frequency adjusted steplessly and independently is put forward. Its working principle, structural feature and hydraulic system were discussed, its technical properties and presents experiment results were analysed. According to the experiment, the simulation results were in good agreement experiment ones. So the expected purpose of the prototype experiment is achieved, the correctness of the theory study is proved. 5figs., 2tabs., 4refs.
