| 摘 要： | 土地可持续利用是实现人类社会经济可持续发展的重要基础 .在分析土地资源类型特征的基础上 ,从土地资源消耗与利用特征及土地资源利用的效益特征两方面 ,对土地可持续利用衡量标准进行了阐述 .论述了包括维护环境稳定、资源合理开发、资源质量优化和结构优化、系统功能正常发挥等 4个方面的土地可持续利用基本内涵 .

| Abstract: | Sustainable land use is an important foundation to realize sustainable development of human society and economy. On the basis to analyse characteristics of land resources sort, the measure standards of sustainable land use were expounded from land resources resume and use characteristics and land use benefit characteristics in this paper. Intensions of sustainable land use such as maintain of environment stability, resources reasonable development, resources quantity and structure optimization and regular operation of system function were discussed lastly. |
