摘    要:使用WST方法研究了APS和AF分别对LAK和NK细胞的抗瘤变活性的影响。结果表明:在APS(或AF)和rIL-2的协同作用下,LAK细胞的抗瘤变活性显著增强;单独使用APS能增加NK细胞的细胞毒性;如果将单独使用的rIL-2的剂量增加到20倍,可以减轻癌症病人在接受针对LAK细胞的顺势疗法时引起的毒副作用,同时APS和AF也是有效的距骨细胞膜的免疫调节组份。

Abstract:The effects of APS (Astragalus Polysacharide) and AF (Astragalus Flavonoids) on anti tumor activity of LAK(Lymphokine Activating killer) and NK (Natural killer) cells have been studied by using WST method.The results showed that the activity of LAK cells could be enhanced markedly by the synergic action of APS or AF with rIL 2.APS alone could raise cytotoxicity of NK cells.The synergic experimental results indicated that the dosage of rIL 2 used can be 20 fold to compare with the dosage of rIL 2 to be used alone,It perhaps could reduce toxic side effect on patients with cancer who recieved adoptive therapy with LAK cells.Both APS and AF are effective immuno regulatory components of Astragalus membrane.
