机械密封冲洗液限流器的试验研究

摘    要:用水、煤油、机油及柴油先后对孔板、喷嘴、弯头、限流管和限流阀等五种型式限流器进行了试验,得出一些规律和可供限流器设计和使用时必要的性能和设计数据。从流动角度来看在相同口径下孔板的流量系数最大,限流管的流量系数最小.喷嘴、弯头和限流阀等的流量系数居中;从使用角度来看,限流阀简便、使用灵活,可以调节流量和控制工况,而限流孔板最复杂、易堵且不可调节与控制工况。

Abstract:To maintain a good environment for mechnical face seals,the restrictors forcontrol suitable flushing rate have to be applied.In this study four test media(water,kerosene,motor oil and diesel oil)and five types of restrictors(orifice,nozzle,bend,tubeand valve)were used to study the flow mechanism and to obtain characteristics of theserestrictors and design data for flushing restrictors design and application. From the viewpointof fluid flow,the flow coefficient of restricting orifice is the largest,the flow coefficient oftubes is the smallest and the flow coefficient of nozzles,bends and restricting valves are inthe middle,From the viewpoint of the user.the restricting valve is simple,flexible andcontrollable and the restricting orifice is complicated,easy to plogging and impossible tocontrol the flushing rate,In this paper also the flow mechanism and characteristics of all theserestrictors and design data were introduced for practice.
