| 摘 要： | 地理标志是世界贸易组织要求各缔约国应当给予保护的一项独立知识产权,我国也建立了相应的保护机制.通过分析传统标记资源的保护,从法律保护模式的选择、政府职能部门的管理等方面阐述了笔者对我国地理标志保护问题的主要观点,旨在说明各职能部门及权利主体应深入挖掘地理标志制度的价值,充分利用现有资源平台,有效促进区域经济的跨越式发展.
