| 摘 要： | 从我国钢铁行业将面临市场竞争出发，运用美国著名战略管理学家迈克尔．波特教授的竞争优势理论。分析了电弧炉炼钢在我国的比较优势和发展前景，提出了电弧炉炼钢比较优势分析框架，将电炉钢和转炉钢作为替代品进行比较，得出了电炉炼钢的优势及影响其应用的因素。

| Abstract: | Based on the fact that china's steel industry will be in a marketing and competitive environment, the thesis analyzes the comparative advantges and application Potential of EAF steelmaleking in china by using Michael porter's competitive advantage theory. An analytical frame work is developed by treating the BOF steel as EAF steel's substitutes, Then the application potential and application potential are gotten using the framework. |
