| 摘 要： | 高速线材精轧机工作辊油膜轴承由于使用工况恶劣 ,更换最为频繁。本文采用有限差分法对高速线材精轧机工作辊油膜轴承的载荷特性进行了理论计算 ,并通过间接测试轴承载荷特性的方法进行了多次在线测试实验 ,分析了载荷特性对轴承出现过早疲劳磨损及突发烧损等失效形式的影响。本文对于研究高速线材轧机油膜轴承延寿问题提供了重要的理论和实践依据

| Abstract: | The work roll oil film bearing used in high speed wire finishing rolling mill is always replaced due to the badly working condition.In this paper the load characteristic theoretical calculation has been given with the finite difference method.An on line measuring method which the load can be measured indirectly was given. The influence of the load characteristic on the failure mode of the oil film bearing was analysed in this paper.The analysis provide important theoretical and practical proof for studying the problem of prolong longevity about work roll oil film bearing of high speed wire rolling mill. |
