高速线材轧机油膜轴承损伤机理与实验研究

摘    要:高速线材轧机工作辊油膜轴承频繁发生短寿烧损事故 ,严重困扰企业生产。本文从机构学观点出发 ,采用弹性问题边界元法对轧机工作辊辊系进行理论分析 ,并通过间接测试轴承动态载荷特性的方法进行了多次在线测试。指出其损伤机理在于轧机结构不合理 ,轴承严重偏载和超载。本文为改造轧机结构 ,解决线材轧机油膜轴承短寿烧损问题提供了重要的理论和实践依据

Abstract:The accident is always occurred,which is that work roll oil film bearing used in high-speed wire rolling mill has shorter longevity and is often burnt. It results that the productivity of enterprise is disturbed seriously. By the methods of mechanism and boundary element method,a linkage mechanism being abstracted from the work roll system,is analyzed with the methods.An on line measuring method which can indirectly measure dynamic load of the bearing has been given. The analytic results show that the reason that bearing has shorter longevity and is burnt is that the inrational structure of rolling mill.The bearing is un uniform and overload.This paper provides important theoretical and practical proof for restructuring the structure , stopping burning and prolonging longevity about the work roll oil film bearing.
