光刻装置中超透镜透射系数研究

摘    要:由银膜构成超透镜的特性在理论上进行了研究.本文计算了透射系数随横向波矢的变化关系.计算表明,其变化关系不同于真空环境下的超透镜.同时我们发现,P波和S波分别存在一个超透镜的临界厚度,且各不相同.对偏振光入射时,若超透镜厚度小于临界厚度就会出现透射系数大于1的情况,本文对此进行了分析和解释.

Abstract:The characteristics of silver superlens are investigated theoretically. The variations of transmission coefficient with the change of the transverse wave vector are calculated. The calculation results displays the quite different characteristics from that of superlens setting in vacuum environment. We also found that superlens possesses the critical thicknesses for P-wave and S-wave respectively,which are different. For a polarized incident light,if the superlens is thinner than the corresponding critical thickness,the transmission coefficient will exceed 1. These properties are analyzed and explained the reason.
