摘    要:针对目前开关电源滞后臂谐振能量不足难以实现零电压零电流开关(ZVZCS)的问题,本文基于DSP的控制芯片TMS320F2812,在移相全桥变换器电路的滞后臂串联二极管,利用PID控制技术,采用PWM移相全桥软开关技术控制开关电源的开关器件,在宽电压输入的情况下很好地实现了软开关,MATLAB仿真结果表明设计出的软开关技术开关电源具有较高的输出精度、快速的动态响应和很小的超调量等优点.

Abstract:In the view of the adverse situation that lag-bridge of switching power supply does not have enough resonance energy to achieve zero-voltage zero-current switching( ZVZCS), this paper put diodes in series with the lag-bridge of phase-shifted full-bridge converter circuit, based on DSP control chip TMS320F2812, using PID control technology and PWM phaseshift full-bridge soft switching technology to control the switching devices of switching power supply. It performs well in achieving soft-switching with the changing input voltage, the results of MATLAB software simulation show that the designed switching power supply with soft switching technology has the benefits of high output accuracy, fast dynamic response and very small overshoot.
