| 摘 要： | 将过程管理方法应用到测量试验中，在设置过程控制监控点的基础上，利用5M1E确定的方法对质量质心及转动惯量试验进行过程管用和控制，并对最终测试数据进行统计分析。结果表明：该试验过程的关键输入变量为测试装置和测试人员而与5M1E的其他因素无关，结论要求对同类测量过程的管理应遵循过程管理的原则，从确定关键输入变量着手进行管理。

| Abstract: | Some experiments on the mass and center of mass and moment of inertia are completed. Process is controlled by the determination of 5M1E. Testing data is analyzed by the method of the process management. The results show the testing equipment and personnel are the two important key input variables of the process and not the other variables of 5M1E. According to the investigation, the advices that the experimental management should keep to the principle of the process management is put forward. The determination of the key input variables is the beginning of the management. |
