摘    要:根据诺氟沙星在水中不溶下沉、在氯仿中不溶上浮的现象,建立了一种快速分离和鉴别诺氟沙星的物理学方法。方法(1)以水作参比用比重瓶法测定诺氟沙星的密度;(2)取原料药和胶囊剂内容物分别置于刻度试管中,加入氯仿。充分振摇使药粉混悬后静置,观察药粉由动态到静止的时间和上浮与下沉的大体数量。结果(1)诺氟沙星密度D^21为1.4260,RSD为0.1718%;(2)纯诺氟沙星在氯仿中1—2min全部上浮;合格胶囊内容物绝大部分上浮。少量下沉;不合格和掺假的胶囊内容物则相反;上浮粉末的数量均与诺氟沙星的含量呈正相关。结论试验证明:可以利用诺氟沙星与掺假物或辅料的密度之间的差异。与氯仿混合后静置,能分别浮于上层或下沉的物理学现象,创建一种用于分离或鉴别诺氟沙星的快速操作方法。

Abstract:The method is established according to a phenomenon that the norfsaxin is insoluble yet sinking in water and insoluble yet floating in chloroform. The methods are: (1) Determination of the density of norfsaxin contrasts to water with pyrometer technique. (2) The pure norfsaxin (chemical reference, material drug) and the content in capsules are placed respectively in each graduated test-tube, then suitable quantities of chloroform are added separately, and the mixtures are full shacked to get suspensions, and these test-tubes are put on a rack. The time of floating and sinking of powders and its general amount are observed. The results are: (1) The density of norfsaxin , d 21 , is 1.4260 , RSD = 0.1718 % . (2) The pure norfsaxin in all are floated in chloroform at 1-2 minutes; the qualified contents in capsules, each are floated for the most part but a little amount of contents sank; unqualified and adulterated capsules are on the contrary. Its floating powder amount is post-relative to the content determined with HPLC. The conclusion is it can be applied for isolation and identification that the densities differs between norfsaxin and filters or inorganic salts, after mixing the sample and chloroform, the norfsaxin float and the adjuvant sink.
