| 摘 要： | 介绍了车牌定位常用的几种算法,并比较了各自的优缺点,然后提出了基于特征的车牌定位算法,借助统计跳变次数粗定位出车牌的上下边界.在此基础上,精确定位出车牌的左右边界.为了提高定位效率,对车牌图像进行了预处理和倾斜校正.实验结果表明,算法具有良好的抗干扰能力、简单快速、准确性高.
