| 摘 要： | 管外轧肋以强化凝结换热的方法应用得非常广泛,但定量描述这一强化过程的理论工作还远远落后于其应用程度.本文从肋管强化凝结换热的机理着手,经过细致的理论分析,对Borovkov 模型作了两个方面的修正:一是肋峰区与肋谷区凝结液压力差项的确定;另一是水平肋管底部凝结液附着区域的求取方法.从而建立起全面描述水平肋管外凝结换热的理论模型,并进行了求解.修正后的模型较原模型更加合理完善.为验证理论工作的准确程度,通过实验测定了平均凝结换热系数,并与理论计算值作了比较,比较结果基本令人满意.

| Abstract: | It is imperative to develop the quantitative analysis describing fin-tube
enhancing condensation heat transfer because it considerably lags behind the
application.Through theoretical analysis in detail on the mechanism of fin-
tube enhancing condensation heat transfer,two considerable modifications on
Borovkov model have been made in this paper in calculation of pressure gra-
dient between fin peak and root areas,and determination of submerging angle
at the bottom of a horizontal fin tube for a more appropriate theoretical mo-
del.An experiment has been arranged for verifying the accuracy of the theory
by comparing the experimental data with the theoretical ones.The results show
that the theoretical model is basically satisfactory. |
