反义RNA技术及其在农业领域的应用

摘    要:介绍了反义RNA的概念及作用机理,对反义RNA技术及其在农业领域的应用进行了概述.反义RNA技术是借助基因重组技术,根据碱基互补原理,用人工合成或生物体合成的特定RNA片段(或其化学修饰物)抑制或封闭基因表达的技术。在农业领域反义RNA技术主要应用于果实性状及品质的调控,对观赏植物性状的调控,植物抗病,控制油料种子中脂肪酸的合成,控制雄性不育,降低或去除食物中有害化学成分等方面其功能获得可靠的成效.

Abstract:This paper presents the definition and action mechanism of antisense RNA;Besides,the paper reviews antisense RNA technology and its application in agricultural field.The antisense RNA technology,based on the principle of base complementation,is a method using specific complementary nucleotide fragments to target RNA for inhibition or disclosing of gene expression.The primary application of antisense RNA technology in agricultural field includes: adjusting and controlling fruit character;controlling ornamental plant character;resisting diseases;controlling the synthesis of fatty acids in the oilseed crops;controlling male sterile;reducing or being apart from harmful chemical composition of food and so on.
