| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于特征点的人工目标变化检测方法.该方法基于特征点影像片的相关运算,不仅对灰度偏差引起的伪变化有很好的抑制作用,而且对不同时相影像配准误差也有很强的容忍度.即使图像的配准误差在几个像元,使用该方法仍然可以得到较准确的变化检测结果,并可以得到统计意义下反映人工目标变化程度的变化率.

| Abstract: | A feature-based change detection method of constructions is offered,which can not only adapt to pixel gray level variance from extrinsic factors,but also restrain the co-registration error of different images with several pixels.The change-rate in statistics about the feature points is obtained and that is useful for indicating the changes of the interested targets of constructions. |
