智能抽油机节能控制器的研制

摘    要:设计了一种新型智能抽油机节能控制器,通过检测电机的功率因数间接判断井下供液能力的大小。本控制器可以延长低产油井的开采寿命,减少各机械部件的磨损,有效降低用电成本。

Abstract:A new smart energy-saving controller for pumping units is designed. It can judge the under-well liquid supply ability according to detecting the motor power factor. The controller can prolong the exploitation life of low-output wells, and reduce the wear and tear of the machine parts and the electric cost. It has better ability of anti-jamming. Practice shows that the controller runs smoothly and reliably.
