轻型客车乘员约束系统的模拟计算

摘    要:在轻型客车正面碰撞过程中,乘员容易受到严重的伤害,优化其乘员约束系统可以得到较好的保护效果。利用有限元软件PAM-CRASH建立了包含座椅、安全带、仪表板及转向系统在内的某轻型客车乘员约束系统的分析模型,并通过试验验证了模型的有效性。在大量数值计算的基础上,运用试验设计方法,得到优化设计方案。经过优化匹配,乘员的头部伤害指标HIC降低了51%,并且满足了中国汽车正面碰撞安全法规的要求。实车试验也很好地验证了改进的效果。该研究方法可以推广应用于其他车型乘员约束系统的优化设计。

Abstract:Passengers in minibuses tend to suffer severe injuries during frontal impacts. An optimized occupant restraint system ORS can provide better protection in such accidents. A mathematical model of a minibus ORS, including the seat, seat belt, steering wheel and instrument panel, was constructed using the FEM software PAM-CRASH and validated with data from a sled test. The system was optimized by varying the design. The head injury criterion HIC is reduced by 51% after the optimization, so that it now meets the Chinese vehicle frontal impact regulation. An other full vehicle impact test has proved the effectiveness of the new design. The design method can be also applied to other vehicle types.
