摘    要:设计了一种将电场附加在排水管上的装置,利用电场影响溶液内分子的运动,以达到防结晶堵管的目的。通过室内试验和现场试验,证明了该装置的可靠性和实用性,为隧道排水系统结晶堵塞的处治提供了一种思路。结果表明:电场能显著减少隧道排水管中的结晶量与结晶速率,并能改变碳酸钙晶体的形状,使其由结合紧密的六面体晶形转变为松散且不均匀的晶型,晶型改变后结晶物在管壁内难以附着,降低了结晶物堵塞的概率;在室内试验和现场试验中,设置了5、12、24 V 3种不同电压的静电场,试验结果表明,采用5 V电压可以起到最佳的防结晶效果,与未采用措施的空白组相比,防结晶效果达到了30%以上。

Abstract:A large number of studies have shown that the main component of crystallization blockage of tunnel drainage system is calcium carbonate. Crystallization blockage of tunnel drainage pipe will cause poor drainage of the whole drainage system, and in serious cases, cause cracking of tunnel lining, which will bring hidden dangers to the safe operation of the tunnel. In this paper, a device is designed to attach an electric field to the drainage pipe. The electric field is used to affect the movement of molecules in the solution, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing crystallization and pipe plugging. The reliability and practicability of the device are proved through indoor and field tests, which provides a way of thinking for the treatment of crystallization blockage in tunnel drainage system. The results show that the electric field can significantly reduce the amount and rate of crystallization in the tunnel drainage pipe, and can change the shape of calcium carbonate crystal from the tightly bonded hexahedral crystal to the loose and uneven crystal form. After the crystal form changes, the crystal is difficult to adhere to the pipe wall, reducing the probability of crystal blockage; In the indoor test and field test, three electrostatic fields with different voltages of 5V, 12V and 24V are set. The test results show that the best anti crystallization effect can be achieved by using 5V voltage. Compared with the blank group without measures, the anti crystallization effect reaches more than 30%.
