核心员工社会资本对企业绩效的影响研究

摘    要:核心员工作为企业核心能力的主要创造者,其所掌握的个人社会资本对企业的影响越来越大,然而目前对核心员工的研究还未充分认识到其社会资本的重要性,仍然停留在对核心员工的保留与激励层面。对核心员工社会资本进行研究,界定了核心员工社会资本概念,对其维度进行划分,并从各个维度分别分析研究了核心员工对企业绩效的影响,提出了管理的对策与建议。
