摘    要:高校饮食为特殊群体服务,决定了其先社会效益再经济效益的经营理念。因此,在经营期间要进行科学的规划,制定合理的原则及经营目标。按照规划好的方针、任务、目标和措施,科学地进行管理并逐一落实到位。

Abstract:The catering services in universities are for special groups and determine management idea of social benefits before economic benefits.Therefore,in real operation,there should be scientific planning and reasonable principles and business goals.Scientific management should be carried out based on the planned principles,tasks,goals and measures.
